Lesna specializes in highway and road construction, site preparation, mine reclamation, dam and dike construction, aggregate production, construction materials hauling, concrete batching and large drain pipe and culvert installation. Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator is a professional who is often involved in the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects. They organize and communicate details related to a specific assignment or task while serving as an interface between team members and managers.

We are seeking Highly motivated Project Coordinators with experience in the Heavy Highway and/or Concrete niches of construction. You will be working closely with The Texas Department of Transportation and El Paso Water Utilities.

CDL Driver (End Dump)

Lesna Construction Inc. is looking to add a CDL driver to our team in Texas. We are looking for some one experienced in M-Dump and Rack vehicles. We are in the heavy highway industry. ​

  • Hauling metal or sand/gravel in an end dump: 1 year (Required)

  • Class A CDL (Required)

Construction Laborer

The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following: 

  • Cleaning and preparing construction sites.

  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

  • Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.

  • Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes.

  • Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.

  • Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.

  • Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
